An essay competition on “Awareness of Aids disease and its prevention” was organized by Taluk Hospital Siddapur. 7 students Participated & submitted their essay papers, which was evaluated by Taluk Hospital Siddapur. Out of 7, 3 ranks were allotted to our college students. Prateeksha Dodmane of B.A.III secured the 1st prize, the 2nd Prize was won by Nirmala Madival of B.A. III year and the 3rd prize was bagged by Deepika Naik of B.A. III year. The winners were also awarded with cash prizes of Rs. 600, 500, 400 respectively by the counselor Shri Jagadeesh Naik of Taluk Hospital Siddapur who was also the chief guest for the Prize distribution ceremony on March 24, 2025
In his main speech, Shri Jagadeesh addressed the gathering by giving vital facts of regarding aids & suggested preventive measures to control it.
