Taluka Health Officer Dr. Laxmikant Naik spoke to students, and NSS and YRC volunteers led an awareness procession in Siddapur.
On the occasion of World AIDS Day, Dr. Laxmikant Naik, Taluka Health Officer, Siddapur, addressed students on AIDS and the rising number of young people with the disease. He noted that even the educated are affected because of a lack of awareness.
The NSS and Youth Red Cross units, as an IQAC initiative, organised an AIDS awareness procession in Siddapur town.
